Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Place two kettlebells between your feet.
Move your hips back a little. This is your starting position.
Hold the kettlebells between your feet in each hand.
Move into a standing position.
Clean the kettlebells all the way up to your shoulders. As you do this, rotate your wrists inward.
Pause for a moment and lower the kettlebells until you’re back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
