Two-Arm Kettlebell Jerk - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a kettlebell on each hand.

Step 2

Stand up straight with your arms extended on both sides while holding the kettlebells.

Step 3

Clean the kettlebells all the way up to your shoulders. Rotate your wrists outward so that your palms face forward. This is your starting position.

Step 4

Squat down a bit and immediately stand up.

Step 5

Lift the kettlebells up by extending your arms overhead. Keep your back straight as you do this.

Step 6

Once the kettlebells are at the top, pause for a moment then squat down again.

Step 7

Stand up straight and lower the kettle bells until you’re back to your starting position.
