Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Hold a kettlebell in each hand.
Clean them all the way up to your shoulders. Rotate your wrists outward so that your palms face forward once at the top.
Lift the kettlebells up by extending your arms overhead. Lean your head a little forward as you do this. Continue until your arms are fully extended.
Pause for a moment then lower the kettlebells down until you’re back to your starting position.
