Main Muscle Worked: Lats
Sit down on a pull-down machine with a V-Bar attached to the top pulley.
Adjust the knee pad of the machine so that it will fit your height.
Hold on to the V-bar with your palms facing each other. Stick your chest out and lean back at around 30-degrees to engage your lats. This is your starting position.
Pull the bar down using your lats and squeeze your shoulder blades at the same time. Continue until your chest comes in contact with the V-bar.
After a second hold on the contracted position, return the bar back to your starting position in a slow and controlled manner. Inhale as you do this.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
