Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet hip width away from each other and arms by your sides.

Step 2

Raise your left hand and right knee as high as you can.

Step 3

After that, lower your left hand and right knee as you raise your right hand and left knee.

Step 4

Continue doing this until you’ve completed your repetitions.
