Step 1

Step onto the treadmill and set the options according to your preference. You can either create your own setting or choose from the preset ones. In some cases, you can enter your age and weight for you to have an estimate of the calories burned as you go further. You can adjust the elevation as needed.

Step 2

Start the machine and begin to run. Continue until you’ve gained a certain amount of distance on the machine. Maintain a proper posture as you run.
