Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Sit on a leg press machine with your legs directly in front and feet wider than shoulder width away from each other.
Remove the safety bars then push the platform by extending your legs. Continue until your legs are fully extended. This is your starting position.
Slowly bend your knees to lower the platform as you inhale. Continue until your knees are at 90 degrees.
Pause for a moment then slowly extend your legs as you exhale. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
