Yoke Walk - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Rack the yoke apparatus across the back of your shoulders. Your head should be looking forward, back arched, and chest up.

Step 2

Lift the yoke apparatus up by driving through your heels. Your hands must be holding onto the posts to keep it balanced and steady. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Walk forward as quickly as you can by taking short but quick steps. Continue walking forward until you’ve gained a certain amount of distance, usually 75-100 feet.
