BARBELL BENCH SQUAT - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up with a bench or a box behind you. Get a loaded barbell and place it behind your neck and support its weight with your shoulders.

Step 2

In a controlled motion, perform a squat by slowly bending your knees and hips. As you perform this movement, keep your back and chest flat.
