BARBELL DEADLIFT - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other and a barbell in front of your shins and almost touching it. Your toes should be slightly pointing out.

Step 2

Tighten your abdominals, straighten your back, align your head with your spine, and pull your shoulder blades down and back, Keep these engagements all throughout this exercise.
