BARBELL FRONT CHEST SQUAT - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Pick your barbell of choice and put it on the rack.

Step 2

Once the weight is added to the bar, bring your arms up under the bar and keep your elbows up. Rest the bar on the top of your deltoids and cross your arms as you grip the bar.
