In CALVES Exercises
Take a seat at the end of a flat bench and place the barbell about 3 inches above your knees. Your feet should be shoulder-width away from each other with your toes pointing forward and out. This is your starting position.
Raise your heels as high as you can by extending your ankles and contracting your calves. Your knee should be stationary all throughout this exercise. Exhale as you do this movement.
